Give me a call. I'll ask about what you want, and if you're not sure, I'll help you figure it out. We'll also talk about what might be at risk for you to get it. If you decide to proceed, we'll schedule a session.I charge by the hour, on a sliding scale. Please ask for my current rate.
You choose the length of the session, from 90 minutes to a full day, depending on the size of the issue, how much of it you want to look at, and how quickly you want it to change. The higher up the side of the mountain you go, the more you can see from there, and the more of the landscape will be affected by the changes you make.
There is no set timetable for Shadow Work. After the first session, you let the work integrate and call me if you want to look at another piece.
